What are the terms of your refund policy?
Sometimes things come up. We get that. You forget about that 7-Day Free Trial. You had your subscription set to auto-renew and missed the email we sent about your upcoming renewal. It happens.
Are you eligible for a refund?
How long am I eligible for a refund after purchasing a subscription?
If you have a newly created 6-Month subscription or 1-Year subscription, you are eligible for a refund within 30-days of the initial charge, as long as no newspaper content is viewed after the charge to your account.
If you are a current customer with a renewal subscription for a 6-Month or 1-Year subscription, you are eligible for a refund within 7-days of the renewal charge, as long as no newspaper content is viewed after the renewal charge.
Do you offer refunds on Monthly subscriptions?
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on our Monthly subscriptions or renewals of Monthly subscriptions.
Do you offer pro-rated refunds?
No, we do not offer pro-rated refunds on any of our subscriptions. We apologize for any inconvenience this may pose for you.
